Where does hope come from? Can it survive even through the worst life can throw at us? Has anyone close to you been terminally ill? Died? Did they ever talk about dying or was the hope always for a cure? Do you know anyone who has "died hopefully"? |

Can you identify with the guy in the Fresh Hope film? Ever been worried that it may be too late to make a new start? Life ever seem to have passed you by? How do you think we get into a position where we lose hope? And do you think fresh hope is possible at any stage of our lives? |

Charlie brings everything back to relationships. Is he right when he says we are all hungry for something? What are you hungry for? Do you agree that we are all looking for a hug? For love? How do you think the story of the surveyor ended? Charlie wonders whether this love is like God – could that be true? |

Patricia has been inspired by her parents and by God to achieve for herself, but also to make a difference in the world. What can we learn from her attitude? Are there times when we could help others more? Patricia seems to have big dreams for her future –do you? |

Stuart seems to be fulfilled and content with his life. Do you feel the same? Is all work valuable? How do you feel about your work? As a Scout leader, Stuart actively contributes to the wider community. What makes people do that? Family is important to Stuart, but that isn’t true for many people. How can broken families find hope? |
