Where does hope come from? Can it survive even through the worst life can throw at us? Has anyone close to you been terminally ill? Died? Did they ever talk about dying or was the hope always for a cure? Do you know anyone who has "died hopefully"? Comments (4)

I was diagnosed with cancer 15 years ago but I prayed, friends prayed, and I am still here with no sign of the cancer at all! With hope (Jesus) I could say 'If I die, I win and if I live I win'.

Not many people die , But i think the only thing you could do if some-one is termilly ill is pray to god and hope for the best

I don't think most of us think about death that often - unless we're REALLY ill. I suppose I want to believe something of me will remain when I die - that there's something more to me than just the flesh, bones and nerves...
